MONOBLOCK FILLING PLUGGIN CAPPING
The monoblock systems can be designed to incorporate filling, plug insertion, and over-cap sealing functions. It is mainly used in small-volume liquid packing applications. Compactable with minimal energy consumption, the machine is especially suitable for use inside a sterile area. With PLC and other photoelectric sensor controls, the filling, plug insertion & cap sealing operations are completed in a cGMP compliance manner. It suits eye drops, small-volume liquid injectables, cosmetics, and volatile oil packing applications.
