COMPACT BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER (UP TO 60 BPM)
The IG-TES-150 bottle unscrambler can correctly orient and feed up to 60 bottles per minute onto a packaging line conveyor. It is designed to be simple to use, can adjust to many bottle sizes (generally from 50cc to 400cc), and doesn’t take up much floor space. Fill the hopper at the back with a box of bottles, turn on the bottle elevator and orientation disc, and run your line without requiring constant work to get bottles set right on a feed table.
