MONOBLOCK CHUCK CAPPERS
IG provides a wide range of chuck capping solutions to meet the demands of our customer projects. The capping equipment is available in standard and high-speed models for maximum versatility and efficiency. The machines are capable of handling all shapes of containers and caps. They also offer a retroquing option for more secure capping. Our standard single- and dual-indexing monoblock chuck cappers can run up to 45-50 BPM and 80 BPM, respectively. In contrast, our high-speed rotary continuous motion rotary cappers can run 100+ BPM.
The chuck cappers have servo systems that ensure precision and control. Higher speed options and quick changeover capabilities are also available to meet all your production needs.
